Use the MyGreek mobile app

The MyGreek app puts day-to-day treasurer work on your phone: charging members, checking payments, handling payment plans and reimbursements, filing taxes, running the store and sending announcements. Some setup and money-management work is web-only. The app is included on every plan.

MyGreek is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. An Android version isn't publicly available yet; Android users can use app.mygreek.us in their phone's browser.

Log in with the same email or phone number you use on the web. If the app says "No account found. Ask your treasurer to give you access first.", you haven't been added to a chapter with that email or phone yet. See No account found.

Admin view vs member viewCopy Anchor Link

The app picks your view when you log in, based on your access. There's no switch.

• Chapter admins get the admin view, with Payments, Charges, Home, Members and Admin tabs.
• Everyone else, including officers who have a role but aren't admins, gets the member view: Reimburse, Plans, Home and Members.

What admins can do in the appCopy Anchor Link

• Payments: recent payments and their details, with Collected and Pending Payout totals.
• Charges: your charge types with Total Billed, Collected, Outstanding and Not on a Plan. Select New for a new charge type or Charge Members to bill. On a charge type, set its Late Fees and Payment Plan Templates.
• Members: your roster, member details and balances. Add Member adds one person at a time.
• Admin tab, with a badge for items that need you:
  • Payment Plans: propose, approve, reject and cancel plans.
  • Reimbursements: review and process requests.
  • Taxes: see your 990 status, file a 2025 990-N (File Taxes) and mark a year as filed. See File your chapter's IRS 990.
  • Store: products, purchases, settings and Send Blast to buyers. See Sell merch with the store.
  • Groups: see groups and charge a group.
  • Announcements: past announcements and Send Announcement. See Send an announcement.
  • Support: chat with the MyGreek team.

Use app.mygreek.us on a computer for:

• Payouts and your payout account (the app only shows Pending Payout)
• Refunds and receipt downloads
• Banking and officer cards
• Budgets, Transactions and Reports
• Supporters and Signatures
• Importing members, join links and bulk invites
• Roles, adding admins, and My Chapter settings (plan, reminders, invoices, SMS segments and the rest)
• Buying SMS segments
• Requesting a 990-EZ or 990 from MyGreek, and recording an extension

What members can do in the appCopy Anchor Link

Members can see what they owe, pay with Make Payment, set up or propose a payment plan, change the card on their own plan, submit reimbursements with Get Reimbursed, and see their recent activity. Members get the same email and text reminders whether or not they use the app.

App notificationsCopy Anchor Link

The app sends notifications for things like announcements and, for admins, tax filing reminders. To turn them on or off, use your phone's settings: Settings → Notifications → MyGreek. Your email notification choices are on the web, in Settings → Admin Notifications.

Only chapter admins get the admin view. Ask an admin to add you on the Admins tab of My Chapter, then log out and back in.

Can I switch chapters in the app?Copy Anchor Link

Yes, if you belong to more than one. Open the profile button and select Your Chapters.
